  • Memberships are valid for 1 year from date of purchase
  • Membership fee must be fully paid to complete registration
  • Monthly debit orders not available
  • Pink Membership discount rates do not apply on Saturdays
  • 48hr activation period
  • Online bookings require your unique promo code which will be issued to you upon card activation
  • Membership discounts do not apply to Family Session tickets
  • Member promo codes subject to maximum jumper limit, per jumper per year
  • Referral reward will be loaded onto your membership card and can only be used in venue. Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Minimum age restriction of 3yrs
  • Memberships are non-transferable
  • Standard BOUNCE terms of use & cancellation policies apply
  • Membership cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, unless stipulated otherwise

How do I book a session?

You can simply book your session the following ways:

Contact Centre

  • Call our Contact Centre to make your booking
  • Waterfall/Fourways: 011 517 2500
  • Menlyn Maine: 012 942 1117
  • Our Contact Centre agents will assist you through the booking and payment process
  • You will receive a confirmation for your booking

Online

  • Step 1: Head to our website bounceinc.co.za and click on our ‘Locations’ tab
  • Step 2: Select which venue you would like to book for (Waterfall, Menlyn or
    Fourways)
  • Step 3: Once you have clicked BOOKED NOW, the date and time will appear. Select a suitable time for any time during Monday – Sunday (Pink Membership not valid for Saturday sessions)
  • Step 4: Select a General Access ticket and add the number of tickets required. Click ‘Add To Booking’ button. You will the be asked if you would like to add anything else. If not, proceed to check out
  • Step 5: Click ‘Check-out’. You will be sent to the ‘Booking Details’ page to fill in your personal details
  • Step 6: In the promotional code block, please enter your UNIQUE membership code to discount your amount. Once entered, you will see a green block appear on your top right that confirms and accepts the promo code. Please check that the amount for payment has been reduced
  • Step 7: Confirm your booking and your payment details are all correct. Once you are happy with all the details, hit the ‘Process Payment’ button to direct you to the payment portal. Have your cheque/credit card ready
  • Step 8: You have now entered the secure payment portal. Fill in your personal payment details here, dependent on your bank, you may be prompted to enter a security code. Once payment is complete you will receive your
    confirmation via supplied email address

Even though I’m a member, do I still have to book in advance?

Yes, we recommended booking in advance to ensure you can jump when you want. Weekends and holidays sell out in advance and walk-ins cannot always be accommodated if we are sold out. Click Book Now to check availability and make a session booking.

However, being a member does have its perks and you will be able to jump the queue with our Members “Express Check-In”!

How do I book for a party?

In order to receive your exclusive membership pricing, please book your party through our Contact Centre on 011 517 2500 or 012 942 1117

I want to bring my child’s friends to BOUNCE, can I get my membership rate for the group?

Unfortunately, the rate only applies to the registered members and will not count for everyone

I left my card at home, can I still check-in?

Yes, however we do urge to have your card on you as it is for verification purposes and makes the process quicker. If you do forget your card, we will need to ask you a few security questions in order verify your membership with us

I have lost my card, what do I do now?

Your card is needed to verify your membership at check in, you will need to apply for a new one. Please drop us an email on memberships@bounceinc.co.za, with your full name and surname and we will process a new card for you. Please note that there is a R50.00 lost card fee
