How can I purchase a Gift Of Flight pack?
Customers can purchase a Gift of Flight pack online via https://bouncepopup.co.za/products/gift-of-flight or at BOUNCE Inc Fourways Mall, BOUNCE Inc Menlyn Maine and BOUNCE Inc Cornubia Mall.
When will we stop selling Gift Of Flight pack?
Gift of Flight will be available while stocks last. We will stop selling packs when they are sold out online and in-venue.
Can the voucher be transferred between people?
Yes, you can transfer this voucher between guests by just giving them the voucher code thats available on physical voucher.
Can the voucher be transferred between ticket types?
No, the voucher is only valid for the Mega Mania ticket type which is specified on the voucher.
Can I use the voucher at any venue?
Yes, the pass is valid at all BOUNCE venues in South Africa.
How can I book a Gift of Flight session?
You can make your booking, with your Genera Access or Mega Mania voucher code, by calling us on 0115172500. This voucher code is not available on our online booking system.
What happens if I lose my physical pass?
Lost or stolen passes and codes cannot be replaced. Please treat your physical pass like cash and do not lose it or you unfortunately forfeit your sessions.
Where can I get my Gift of Flight pack after I purchase it online?
The Gift of Flight pack can be purchased via https://bouncepopup.co.za/products/gift-of-flight . You are able to select the venue that is close to you and then the size of the sock you are wanting. Once payment has been received allow us 24-48 hours to process your order before you can bring your confirmation receipt through to the venue that you selected to pick up your pack.
What are the sock sizes available?
We have 3 sock sizes available. The below sizes are an indication of which sock size you will need to purchase.
- M = Size 2 – 5 in adult’s shoes
- L = Size 6 – 7 in adult’s shoes
- XL = Size 8 – 12 in adult’s shoes
