Trampoline Fit Facts

Vertical motion workouts such as rebounding or simply jumping up and down on a trampoline are much more beneficial and efficient than horizontal motion workouts, such as jogging or running.

Can I just turn up and join in?

Classes are often fully booked. We recommend making a booking before coming to BOUNCE.

How do I book a class?

What should I wear?

Athletic clothing with some stretch. You’re going to get sweaty so bring a towel!

Are there lockers for my phone / wallet etc?

BOUNCE has open cube lockers and paid lockable lockers available. Valuables should always be placed in lockable lockers or left with someone who is not jumping.

Do I need to be experienced on trampolines?

Absolutely not. Your BOUNCE Fit instructor will help you learn basic jumping skills and have the ability to tailor sessions to suit all abilities.

What if I don’t normally exercise?

Physical exercise is super fun, but may increase the chance of injury. If you don’t regularly participate in an active exercise program, we recommend you get a physical from your GP before you bounce, to ensure you are ready for action.

Do I need a towel and water?

A towel is compulsory and water is important – so bring your own drink bottles or you can buy a bottle of water from our tuck-shop.

Is there an age restriction for BOUNCE Fit classes?

Unfortunately kids under the age of 12 are unable to attend BOUNCE Fit classes. BOUNCE will be launching age appropriate classes in the late afternoons come early spring, where kids will be able to attend.
