Terms and Conditions
- The monthly vouchers are not transferable between jumpers, each voucher is allocated per person signed up in the birthday club and is verified by our contact centre
- No more than 3 jumpers can be registered for the birthday club (Max 2 parents/guardians and 3 kids)
- Duplicate accounts will be deleted
- Any abuse will result in membership suspension
- BOUNCE Monday to Friday passes, excluding the birthday voucher, will not apply during public holidays and school holidays (both Public & Private), only off-peak periods apply
- BOUNCE Monday to Friday Vouchers vary from month to month (Range from 2 for 1 – Buy 1 Get 1 Free or A Free Pass)
- BOUNCE Inc reserves the right to change the offering at any time
- If you signup in the month of your birthday, please contact us on 0115172500 if you do not receive your pass on the day of your birthday by 9:30am from Monday to Saturday
- Birthday vouchers are only valid until the end of your birthday month and will not carry over
- Birthday party promo code redemption requires a minimum of 10 per booking
